 As we age, we experience an increasing number of life changes...jobs loss, retirement, divorce, loss of loved ones, loss of pets and health challenges to name a few. In this support group, you will support each other, learn from each other and help ease your anxiety and burdens. These groups offer ways to heal with practical tools and supportive conversation. And you will find that some changes are indeed necessary for us to adapt and grow.
